Roles & Responsibilities

• Should have a total of 4 - 6 years of experience in IT field. Must be on strong, hands experience in leading the project teams in the role of PM in development of RPA projects on different platforms
• Ability to lead any Projects with a size of 7 - 10 team members successfully to deliver the projects as per agreement with client
• A360 experience preferred
• Support product owners throughout product development
• Candidates should have previous knowledge of Robotic Process Automation. RPA Development experience will be an added advantage and will be given preference.
• Should have knowledge about UIPath or Automation Anywhere Software
• Lead Scrum meetings and provide team support during sprint planning and execution.
• Ensure agile principles are followed.
• Assist teams with prioritizing and managing of sprint backlog to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Identify and document business and project requirements, plans, and progress.
• Determine, document, and manage the scope of a project, tasks, milestones, timelines, the budget, and resources.
• Lead and mentor project teams.
• Determine and assign tasks and priorities.
• Allocate, monitor, and manage project resources.
• Develop strategies for managing risks, as well as risk tracking.
• Manage all stakeholders and their expectations.
• Communicate task, milestone, and project progress and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project goals are met and Close out projects and activities.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures

Good to have

• Any professional degree with relevant certifications in Scrum Master or Project Management
• UiPath
• Automation Anywhere
