Roles & Responsibilities
- Solutioning & Pricing: Develop comprehensive solutions and pricing proposals for RPA and IDP-related automation projects based on client requirements.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc., and various OCR processes and tools.
- Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
- Pre-sales Support: Crafting compelling pitches, and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients.
- Provide expert guidance on technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA, IDP, AI, and OCR. Act as a subject matter expert, offering insights and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Good to have
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting roles within the IT industry, with a focus on RPA and IDP solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent client handling skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
