Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with a background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) and possess 2-3years of relevant experience in RPA, either as a developer or a business analyst. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and project teams to gather and document business requirements, support RPA initiatives, and contribute to the successful implementation of automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements for RPA projects, discovery reports, work flows, BDD etc....
- Analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Process Analysis:
- Analyse existing business processes to identify areas suitable for automation.
- Work with RPA developers to assess the feasibility and potential benefits of automation.
- Provide input on process improvements and optimization.
Documentation:
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure documentation aligns with project goals and objectives.
Support RPA Development:
- Collaborate with RPA developers to convey business requirements and expectations.
- Assist in the design and configuration of RPA solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solution quality.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, changes, and issues.
- Address stakeholder questions and concerns related to RPA initiatives.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in quality control processes to ensure RPA solutions meet business requirements.
- Help identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues during testing and implementation.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users for RPA solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in RPA, either as a developer or a business analyst.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with precision in documentation.
